Steven Brown, Managing Director here at John Southworth delivered a Construction Masterclass on Thursday 24th August 2023, at our development with Great Places at Victoria Avenue.
This masterclass was an informal session and had the benefit of taking place on a working site, covering all aspects of the planning of the project through to the delivery including some interactive workshops.
Throughout this project there will be further masterclasses including Timber frame, M&E and the build sequence, preparation for handover, quality inspections, remediation, highway works and testing.
