What We Offer

Refurbishment has been an aspect of the construction process which we at John Southworth have proudly been working on since opening our doors in 1989. Adapting to the continual changes in the industry and ever-changing client requirements driven by government and environment, we have undertaken projects from the simplest of renovation works to more complex and demanding structural properties, including listed buildings, carrying specific requirements of their own.

Despite undertaking a variety of trades and services from our supply chain, we will remain your sole point of contact during any renovation and refurbishment project. Our entire workforce will always focus on client and resident liaison for minimal disruption, remaining respectful of neighbouring properties and residents and keeping all parties up to date at all stages of the process.

We offer the complete package, including:

  • Complete client and resident support throughout the project.
  • Planned building refurbishment programmes.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom improvements and replacements.
  • Domestic electric and gas installations.
  • External works including roofing, drainage, ramps, paths and paving.
  • External window and door replacements.
  • Accessibility features.
