Working on this innovative solo project, John Southworth acquired the land for the properties at auction. Funded within the business, the vision was to create two, timber framed three-story luxury homes with associated access and landscaping. All design services were undertaken in-house which included planning approval, detailed design and interior design planning.

Located a five-minute drive away from the popular market town of Droylsden, ten minutes away from the neighbouring market town of Ashton Under Lyne and under half an hour away from Manchester City Centre, the properties make perfect family homes. The buildings make spacious homes with two upper floors containing 3 bedrooms, ensuite and family bathroom. Completing the ground floor; the living area, with downstairs WC, leads into a modern, spacious kitchen with bi-folding doors leading to a garden area with patio.
