John Southworth and Jigsaw Homes worked collaboratively on this development, delivering nine, walk-up apartments on the former Nortek car park site in Congleton.

The brownfield site, originally hosting 30 car parking spaces, served the workers of the nearby Davenshaw Mill, an Engineering works nearby. Operations ceased in January 2016 due to relocation, rendering the site disused.

Located a handy 1.5 miles from the pretty market town of Congleton, this development sits in the foothills of the Pennines. The tenants benefited from close proximity to the local market and shops in the centre, as well as nearby historic places of interest and scenic country walks.

Aside from the many locational benefits, this development provided a pleasant, landscaped area with ample parking for the tenants.
