John Southworth and Equity Housing Group worked collaboratively on this scheme to deliver fourteen, 2 bedroomed houses, each with parking spaces to the rear. Extensive communal improvement works took place including the creation of cycle paths for the local community to share.

Built on the brownfield site of a former public house, these timber framed properties were completed to programme and budget, key to securing funding and grants.
