What a fantastic result for the team… our Parkmount development for MSV Housing has won Best Affordable Housing Development (up to £10m) at this year’s Northern Housing Awards!
Located in Harpurhey, Manchester, Parkmount transformed a former brownfield site into much-needed affordable housing, bringing underused land back into purpose and creating homes designed for the future.
Built and certified to Passivhaus standards, the development focuses on long-term performance as well as quality, helping create warmer, healthier homes with lower energy bills for residents.
Projects like Parkmount don’t happen without strong partnerships, and collaboration played a huge role throughout the development. A big thank you to MSV Housing, AEW Architects and the wider team involved in bringing the scheme to life.
