We’re pleased to share that our Meadow Court development in Frodsham has achieved an Excellent 93% score in its first Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) assessment, as construction continues to make strong progress on site.
The milestone comes as the timber frame is now being erected, bringing the development to life and marking another important stage in the delivery of 12 new homes.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme recognises sites that go above and beyond in the way they operate, looking at everything from community engagement and environmental performance to workforce wellbeing and site management.
During the visit, the Meadow Court team received outstanding feedback across all three assessment areas, achieving:
- 98% for Community
- 97% for Environment
- 85% for Workforce
- 93% overall – rated Excellent
The assessor praised the team’s positive approach to managing the development, highlighting effective communication with neighbours, proactive traffic management, local social value commitments and a clear focus on environmental planning.
The report also recognised several initiatives taking place throughout the project, including supporting apprenticeships and work experience opportunities, working with local businesses, maintaining high standards of site management and housekeeping, and delivering significant biodiversity improvements.
With the timber frame now taking shape, Meadow Court continues to move forward, and we look forward to sharing more updates as work progresses.
