John Southworth were appointed by Places for People to adapt and refurbish this derelict bungalow to provide specialist purpose-built accommodation to provide a comfortable, attractive, yet functional home for a disabled resident.

Located within a quiet residential area with private landscaped gardens the location was specifically selected to provide the best surroundings to support the resident.

The property underwent a full refurbishment including damp remediation, roof replacement and render renewal along with a complete internal refit and adaptation to accommodate the needs of the resident.

Our client and the residents parents both commended the flawless finish, stating “I was losing hope that out daughter would ever get her perfect home, the bungalow is amazing, Its really going to change her life”

We don’t just build houses, we build homes, and this one is extra special.
