John Southworth and Arcon Housing worked together to bring this purpose-built, assisted living project to Droylsden. Playing an instrumental part in this project from the offset, John Southworth sourced the land, designed the bespoke build to client requirements, entered into contract for sale of the land and organised construction once Planning permission was granted.
Located within ten minutes walking distance from Droylsden Shopping Centre and under half an hour’s commute away from Manchester City Centre via public transport, this development on Hart Street is the perfect location for shopping and
local cafes.
The timber framed building with its five self-contained units and staff/management areas, along with external gardens and parking area was also designed internally by John Southworth to provide quality independent assisted living for the
residents within.
