Our shortlisting reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire John Southworth team, as well as our ongoing commitment to raising standards across the industry through responsible, community-focused construction.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) highlighted several areas of best practice over the last twelve months, including:

  • Excellent conformance in minimising environmental impact and enhancing the natural environment
  • Work placements provided to support new talent entering the industry
  • Collaboration with colleges and universities to offer training, placements, and apprenticeships
  • Respecting the community through considerate site management and clear, transparent communication

  • Strong commitments to reducing energy use and minimising waste on site
  • Exceeding our Social Value Targets, helping local groups and individuals
