We’re delighted to share that our Parkmount development in Harpurhey has achieved an outstanding score of 43 out of 45 from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), earning Excellent ratings across all three categories (Community, Environment and Workforce).
Delivered for Mosscare St Vincent’s as part of Manchester City Council’s Project 500 programme, Parkmount will provide 24 new timber frame homes and apartments built to Passivhaus standards, setting a high benchmark for sustainable, low-energy housing in the region.
