The four-year framework — one of the largest of its kind in the UK, will see the construction of over 3,000 much-needed homes across the North. John Southworth’s first place ranking in Lot 1 (projects up to £4 million) and Lot 2 (£4–£12 million) places the company in a leading role to shape and deliver these transformative developments.
