We’re pleased to share that our Domett Street development has achieved an Excellent score of 43 out of 45 in its latest Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Monitor’s Report.
The project, which involves the construction of four new build apartments for Jigsaw Homes, including associated car parking and external landscaping, received Excellent ratings across all three CCS categories:
This strong result reflects the continued commitment of the site team to responsible construction, community engagement and workforce wellbeing.
The CCS Monitor highlighted an excellent level of compliance in the Respect the Community category. The site is presented well on arrival, with a clearly displayed community board providing updates on progress, upcoming works and promotion of construction careers.
The Domett project achieved a full 15/15 score for Care for the Environment, with the Monitor recognising our strong environmental compliance and ongoing carbon reduction journey.
The Value their Workforce category also achieved an Excellent score, with the Monitor recognising the team’s commitment to learning, development and wellbeing.
The project has supported apprentice bricklayers and joiners, alongside multiple work experience placements, helping to promote construction as a career choice and improve representation within the industry.
Achieving an Excellent score of 43/45 is a strong endorsement of the professionalism, care and commitment shown by everyone involved in the Domett project, and reflects our ongoing focus to delivering high-quality homes through Manchester City Council’s Project 500.
